GNVert filling card

ATTENTION: The GNVert filling card for private customers will be replaced by credit card payment on April 1st 2011.

Application

1. For fleet customers: There is a link to an application form on the GNVert web page for fleet customers: "Télécharger un contrat type GNVERT" Please download this document. (If the download is not available, you can use my copy (french, english), but it may not be up to date! If necessary, request the application form via email (example).)
2. Print and fill in the form twice.
   Further enquiry possible via telephone or email (commercial@gnvert.fr).
   Add date and signature to all pages including the security briefing.

   Although the contract indicates that direct debit authorization (Autorisation de Prélèvement) is only possible with residence in France, please select direct debit in any case. Bank transfer (Virement) will usually not be accepted.
   Please note the contract condition in article 6: If the customer does not use the filling card in the first 6 months after being issued, the contract will be cancelled and the Euro 50 deposit will remain at GNVert as service charge!
   
   
3. Send both filled in forms to GNVert. Do not forget the following attachments:
   • certificate of bank account (e.g. statement of account)
   • Copy of your identity card
   • A registration card is not necessary, copy of identity card is enough.
   • 50 Euro cheque for deposit only, as bond money ("for deposit only" = "à porter en compte") :-(
     (cash is possible, too, but not recommended). Alternatively bank transfer after agreement.

Modalitäten, Abrechnung

• Die Karte kommt 2 - 4 Wochen nach Eingang des Antrags bei GNVert.
• Die Tankkarte gilt nur für das angegebene Fahrzeug. (Es wird aber vermutlich keinem auffallen, wenn die Tankkarte auch für ein anderes Fahrzeug eingesetzt wird.)
• Wann/Wie oft wird abgerechnet? Jährlich im Juli oder später, oder noch später ;-)
  Nach den neuesten Bedingungen angeblich halbjährlich.
